Additional Customizations
eThink Education manages a network of schools with similar needs. As we work with various schools requests for enhancements to the baseline code are requested. As this functionality is added into the eThink Education Package, you receive these functionality enhancements as a part of each upgrade.
Technical and Functional Support
eThink’s management services provides technical management and level II functional support. Since your learning management system is a mission critical system, support is crucial for its success. We serve as the support center for your learning management system if issues arise.
Upgrades and Security Updates
As new releases come out, we test the upgrade on a test server and then apply it to your live environment at a time convenient for you. We also upgrade all versions of MySQL, Apache, and PHP as needed and supported by eThink Education. As security patches are released we are notified before they are made public and fixes are applied to your site to keep your data secure.
